As a volunteer for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, I'm proud the network made the effort to asked both candidates for governor to respond to three key questions about the government's role in treating and preventing cancer. Jeff Johnson and Tim Walz both provided answers.

Cancer is a terrible disease that attacks Democrats, Republicans, independents, and non-voters alike. Everyone I know has been touched in some way by cancer. This is personal to all of us.
