ACS CAN Missouri Monitoring Status and Actions of State Legislature

With the recent recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) regarding public gatherings, Missouri Governor Mike Parson strongly urging groups to follow these recommendations, and due to the unpredictability and dynamic nature of coronavirus and the elevated risk for those with compromised immune systems, we feel that this is the most appropriate course of action for us to take at this time.  We appreciate your understanding as we work to minimize the health risk for our community.

We are so grateful for your willingness and dedication to making cancer a priority for your lawmakers and we are committed to finding alternative ways to share your stories and continue to create impact at the Capitol.

We will continue to monitor the schedule and actions of the Missouri legislature and we'll be back in touch as soon as we can with plans for the next opportunity to elevate our cancer-fighting agenda.  Thank you again for all you do for ACS CAN and to advance the fight.
