Medicaid Covers US: Wisconsin

Medicaid Covers US is our campaign to promote Medicaid as one part of the solution to achieve health equity in the US. Health coverage is something we all need, and we all deserve. It’s time to close the gap. 

Wisconsin is one of 11 states that has not expanded Medicaid. Recent research by the American Cancer Society shows states that have expanded Medicaid have a far better cancer survival rate and decreased cancer disparities. Expanding Medicaid would ensure veterans, new moms, farmers, and hardworking individuals and families can afford the healthcare they need to prevent and survive a disease like cancer.
