Leadership Summit and Lobby Day > Lobby Day Meetings
Most LS&LD participants will meet with members of Congress and/or their offices on Tuesday, September 28th. These “Hill meetings” are being scheduled by our long-term vendor, Soapbox. Soapbox will email all ACS CAN volunteers the necessary information to view your schedule electronically by Friday, September 24th using the email address with which you registered for LS&LD. Meetings can change even last minute so consider these schedules as tentative and keep an eye on your online schedule throughout Tuesday – Soapbox will update your online schedule with any changes.
Soapbox hosts our Hill meetings online via GoToMeeting. Information for joining GoToMeeting will be included in your email from Soapbox and you will have an opportunity to practice with the technology during state-specific meetings between Friday, September 24 – Monday, September 27. Your state staff partner will inform you of the date/time that your state will join online to review the technology. This is the same platform Soapbox used for virtual meetings in 2020.
