ACS CAN San Francisco Research Breakfast
Immunotherapy for Cancer
Where do we stand and what is on the horizon?
Please join the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network for our 2016 San Francisco Research Breakfast. This premiere event brings together leaders from the business, education, government and research communities to learn about some of the exciting cancer research that is happening in our own community, and how ACS CAN is fighting to protect national cancer research funding and advance policies that help reduce incidence and advance quality of life for those who are diagnosed with cancer.
In collaboration with UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center, the 2016 event will feature keynote speaker, Dr. Adil Daud, who will highlight the accomplishments and innovative strides of research in immunotherapy in cancer research. D. Daud is a Clinical Research Professor in the Department of Hematology and Oncology at UCSF, and is the Director of Clinical Melanoma Research at the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center.
