2023 Arizona Cancer Summit
ACS CAN is Hosting its 12th Annual Arizona Cancer Summit, a premiere event that educates leaders from the public health, business, education, medical, government and research communities, to recognize legislative champions and to advance the work of ACS CAN. The event not only informs those who are fighting to end cancer, it serves to support ACS CAN and its advocacy work.
ACS CAN’s 2023 Arizona Cancer Summit Program will explore cancer policy victories of the past as a precursor to future plans and success.
The 2023 Arizona Cancer Summit will convene diverse stakeholders in the community – patient advocates, payors, health systems, business leaders, and lawmakers – to discuss exciting options in Arizona and plans to bring policy change. We will also begin planning the policy component of the Five Year State Cancer Plan.
The Arizona Cancer Summit is being organized by the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN), the nation’s largest patient advocacy organization, in partnership with stakeholders from the local cancer prevention community. ACS CAN is a leader among nonprofits in Arizona in convening an annual policy forum dedicated to current and emerging policy issues that affect cancer patients and their caregivers throughout the state.
