Join us for our July Brown Bag Speader Series event to learn about ACS CAN's latest report: Cancer Research and Disparities: Understanding and Addressing the Issues.
Our panel and report author Devon Adams will discuss addressing disparities in all areas of cancer research is essential to tackling the disproportionate cancer burden communities of color and people living in under-resourced areas too often experience. From diversity in the health care workforce to recruiting diverse populations for clinical trials, we will look at the ways clinical research may exacerbate or alleviate cancer-related disparities.
