In Pennsylvania, ACS CAN is urging lawmakers to pass prior authorization bill (HB 1194), which would ensure shorter review times and set a standard timeframe for all Pennsylvania insurance carriers. It is particularly important now during COVID-19 as many cancer patients are beginning to encounter delays in treatments and medical procedures.
