American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network Poll Shows Cancer is Top of Mind for Mainers This Election Season

Last night, the Senate released the text of its continuing resolution to fund the federal government thru mid-December.

According to a new American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) survey, 90% of cancer patients and survivors say their cancer or their care and treatment required them to miss hours of work, school or volunteering, with nearly one-third of respondents (32%) continuing to experience disruptions into survivorship.
