Ohio Supreme Court Rules Smoke-Free Law Constitutional

The Ohio Supreme Court issued a 7-0 decision today in which the court upheld that their smoke-free law is constitutional and affirmed the state's ability to implement the act.ξ The Court's decision also affirms the decision of the Tenth District Court of Appeals.ξ Congratulations on this huge victory, Ohio!
