Although our financial report is always sent free to anyone requesting a copy, certain States require us to advise you that a copy of our financial report is available from them.

Your gift is very much appreciated. Contributions to American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, Inc. (ACS CAN) are not tax deductible as charitable contributions as defined in IRC §170(c). A copy of our latest financial report may be obtained by writing to ACS CAN, 555 11th Street., NW Suite 300, Washington, DC 20004 or calling (202) 661-5700.  ACS CAN has been formed to support evidence-based policy and legislative solutions designed to eliminate cancer as a major health problem.  If you are a resident of one of these states, you may obtain financial information directly from the state agency:  FLORIDA – A COPY OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE DIVISION OF CONSUMER SERVICES BY CALLING TOLL-FREE, 1-800-435-7352 (800-HELP-FLA) WITHIN THE STATE OR VISITING www.800helpfla.com.  REGISTRATION DOES NOT IMPLY ENDORSEMENT, APPROVAL, OR RECOMMENDATION BY THE STATE. Registration by the Secretary of State does not imply endorsement; NEVADA: In compliance with Chapter 439 Section 9 of the Nevada Revised Statutes, the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, Inc. is providing the data regarding certain donations and other payments in the prior calendar year to the best of our knowledge. ACS CAN’s only constituents are cancer patients, survivors, and their loved ones nationwide.
