About Lights of Hope
Lights of Hope is the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network’s (ACS CAN) signature fundraising event dedicated to honoring those who have been touched by cancer and remembering those we’ve lost. This year, the Colorado CEOs Against Cancer Chapter is supporting ACS CAN by hosting our own Lights of Hope initiative. This meaningful campaign invites Colorado CEOs and the community to unite in support of the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network. Together, we can raise funds and honor those who are bravely fighting cancer, celebrate the survivors, and remember those we have lost.
Employees, customers, and community members can purchase Lights of Hope bags, decorate them in honor of someone affected by cancer, and contribute to our project and fundraising goal. All participating companies, listed below, will have their bags displayed at a collective statewide event this fall, creating a unified and emotional tribute across Colorado.

Join us as we come together and decorate bags, share stories of hope and participate in a ceremony honoring survivors along with those we have lost to cancer.
To receive your Lights of Hope bags, please click on the link below of the company with whom you would like to partner. If you would like to make a general donation or are not affiliated with a company, click here to donate towards your Light of Hope bag for our October 9th event. You can participate in our event with five simple steps:
- Select your company partner or use the ACS CEOs page below to donate.
- Attend the October 9th Colorado CEOs Against Cancer Lights of Hope Event at Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities at 5:30pm
- Decorate your Lights of Hope bag with a personalized message at the event.
- Attend the Lights of Hope program at 6:30pm to honor and remember our loved ones that have been affected by cancer.
- Take your Lights of Hope bag home with you after the program is completed.

About the CEOs Against Cancer Colorado Chapter
CEOs Against Cancer® is a unique group of influential executives committed to their companies and communities. These members partner with the American Cancer Society and American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) to change the trajectory of cancer in workplaces and communities – supporting employees, families, and the next generation of leaders. With cancer touching so many lives, the Colorado chapter members each have a deeply personal connection to the cause – each with their own powerful “why” for joining this impactful and influential movement.
Since 2018, this chapter has raised more the $1,400,000 to support our mission of ending cancer as we know it, for everyone. This year, our Colorado CEOs have adopted a Lights of Hope employee engagement project raising funds for our nonpartisan advocacy efforts through ACS CAN. Through this project, companies are hosting their own Lights of Hope displays allowing their employees to honor or remember those who have been touched by cancer. Their efforts will culminate on October 9th at the Arvada Center of Arts and Humanities from 5:30-7:30pm as we gather the Lights of Hope from each company and community members for a grand display and program honoring those in our lives touched by cancer.
