Increasing Cancer Research Funding

Virginia is fortunate to have two National Cancer Institute (NCI)-designated cancer centers, VCU Massey Cancer Center in Richmond and the UVA Cancer Center in Charlottesville. Each year ACS CAN advocates for the General Assembly to increase the amount of funding that the Commonwealth provides to these centers so they can continue with their groundbreaking research.
