Oregon City Supports Statewide Ban on Flavored Tobacco Products
OREGON CITY, OR — Oregon City has taken a stand against flavored tobacco products by passing a resolution on Wednesday that calls for an end to their sale.
Last evening, the Ketchum City Council voted unanimously to pass a comprehensive smoke-free ordinance that includes bars, small businesses, hotels and motels, hookah bars, tobacco shops, bus stops and various outdoor areas.ξ The new law also doesn't include any exemptions for e-cigarettes, and it will go into effect next Wednesday, April 24th.ξ Congratulations to Idaho on this victory!
