Congress is back in Washington

After a week spent back in their districts, Members of Congress are back in Washington, DC to continue work on this yearÈs budget.ξ The last vote on the budget included drastic cuts to cancer research, prevention and early detection programs.ξ But the fight is not over yet, and ACS CAN volunteers are already speaking louder and stronger against these proposed cuts.
Every voice that joins our movement helps us speak louder and stronger. The more voices we have, the more our lawmakers in Washington will pay attention.
