ACS CAN Comments on Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program Proposed Rule

On August 13, 2026, the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) submitted comments to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program and Medicare Prescription Drug Benefit Program Proposed Rule.

We offered comments on the following proposals:

• Establishment of a Single MFP and Determination of the Ceiling
• Part D Formulary Inclusion of Selected Drugs
