Wyoming Legislature Fails to Take Meaningful Action on Health Care Access
CHEYENNE, Wyo. –– The Wyoming Legislature closed business last week having again failed to take meaningful action to address the state’s ongoing health care crisis.
JACKSON, Miss. – Nearly 100 health advocates representing multiple patient groups will come together on Thursday, January 30 in Jackson to urge lawmakers to expand Medicaid in the Magnolia State in 2025. The advocates include representatives from the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN), the American Heart Association (AHA), the American Lung Association and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). All groups will hold a news conference at 10:30 a.m. and have spokespeople available before and after, including patients with experience living in the coverage gap.
