What is your favorite memory from your time as an ACS CAN volunteer?

My first visit to the Capital-it was that moment where everything clicked and I realized that my Cancer diagnosis led me to this amazing opportunity to help others on their journey. 

Why should others in your community/state get involved with ACS CAN?

Everyone knows someone who has been touched by Cancer-one letter, one visit with a government official can help thousands or even millions of Cancer patients and their families. 

What is something unique about you and your state that you would like to share?

I love Hello Kitty and my friends designed my tattoo with HK in a breast cancer cape! I got the tattoo right before my last chemo treatment.  Gooey butter cake is unique to Missouri and it's delicious!
