Late last year ACS CAN volunteers were hit with a blow when the Senate did not vote on a bill that would increase funding for cancer research. But this year we are coming back stronger than ever. In a difficult budget environment, elected officials must make tough choices about our national priorities, and ending death and suffering from cancer should have a dedicated spot on that list, said Christopher W.
