On May 9, both Florence, SCξand Spartanburg, SCξpassed smoke-free ordinances that include 100% smoke-free workplaces, restaurants and bars.ξ Florence's ordinance will be implemented on November 1, 2011 and Spartanburg's ordinance will be implemented on September 1, 2011.ξ Congratulations!
