Crafting for Lights of Hope 

Lee Turner (Georgia): Lee organizes the Lights of Hope Ceramic Luminary Bags fundraiser, handmade in honor of or in memory of loved ones diagnosed with cancer and those who lost the fight. Every bag has a ribbon coordinated with the type of cancer this person was diagnosed with, as well as their name, serving as a beautiful remembrance display for loved ones.  For more information on the ceramic luminary bags click here. 

Betty Sparrow (Mississippi): Betty, a crafter at heart, paints beautiful birdhouse gourds and participates in craft shows around the state.  She puts aside several of her gourds specifically for Lights of Hope donations each year, writing inspiring messages and honoring those in their battle against cancer. Shown in the picture is just a sample of what she does.
