Oregon City Supports Statewide Ban on Flavored Tobacco Products
OREGON CITY, OR — Oregon City has taken a stand against flavored tobacco products by passing a resolution on Wednesday that calls for an end to their sale.
On July 12,ξWest Virginia'sξPendleton County Board of Healthξapprovedξ4-1 to remove the bar and gaming exemptions from their 2002 Clean Indoor Air regulation.ξ This makes their law comprehensive, with all restaurants, bars and workplaces being smoke-free.ξ This will take effect on October 10.ξ Congratulations, Pendleton County, WV!
