Oregon City Supports Statewide Ban on Flavored Tobacco Products
OREGON CITY, OR — Oregon City has taken a stand against flavored tobacco products by passing a resolution on Wednesday that calls for an end to their sale.
On February 25, the Kansas legislature passed a comprehensive smoke-free bill. The legislation now heads to the governor's desk where Governor Parkinson, a huge proponent of the bill, is expected to sign.ξ The new 100% smoke-free workplace, restaurant and bar law will go into effect on July 1, 2010.
