Expand Access to Biomarker Testing in Hawai’i

Biomarker testing is all about connecting patients to the right treatment at the right time.  

Biomarker testing is an important step to accessing precision medicine and targeted therapies, which can improve quality of life and survivorship. 

However, insurance coverage for biomarker testing is not keeping pace with the latest breakthroughs in testing and treatment.   

All patients should have a fair and just opportunity to treat and survive cancer, so we’re working to ensure more patients can benefit from proven biomarker testing – regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status or zip code.  

Join ACS CAN is calling on the Hawai’i Legislature to expand access to biomarker testing.
