Right now, up to 3.7 million people are uninsured or losing coverage as costs rise and protections disappear. We have a chance to fix that — not through politicians, but directly through the ballot. We have an opportunity to fix that by engaging our friends and neighbors.

ACS CAN, along with Florida Decides Healthcare is working to put Medicaid expansion before voters. If it passes, hundreds of thousands of working Floridians would gain access to affordable, life‑saving care.
