How does SC measure up in the fight against cancer?

We would like to invite you to join us on Tuesday, August 13th at the University of South Carolina, to discuss where our state stands on critical issues effecting cancer patients and survivors. The forum will run from 10AM to 12:30PM and be followed by a light reception.

We are closer than ever to a world that is free from the pain and suffering caused by cancer. To accomplish this goal, we need to focus on preventing new cases of cancer, seeking innovative cures and treatments.
Our state legislators play a critical role in this fight. Laws passed at the state and local level help to improve the lives of patients and survivors.

Join us on August 13th for our Health Policy Forum to learn more about the work of the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, and the critical role advocates play in the fight against cancer.

We will meet in room 140 of the Discovery Building, 915 Greene St., Columbia, SC 29201. Feel free to call with any questions (803) 414-6347.

I look forward to seeing you,
Carrie Morphis
Grassroots Manager
