On Tuesday, voters in Bismarck, ND voted 5,273 - 3,554 to approve a ballot measure that extends the city's smoke-free law and rejected a separate ballot measure that would have allowed for smoking huts outside of bars.ξ Bismarck's smoke-free law will now also include bars, truck stops and tobacco stores
